AZ Artisans Foundation
Empowering people through agriculture. Rebuilding lives, one harvest at a time.
Our Mission
Growing More Than Food
The AZ Artisans Foundation believes that agriculture is one of the most powerful tools for rehabilitation, healing, and community-building. We work with some of the most underserved populations — people in prison, those transitioning out, and veterans — to give them skills, purpose, and a path forward.
When people grow food, they grow confidence. When they feed their community, they find belonging. That's the transformation we're here to support.
What We Do
Our Programs
Incarcerated Individuals
We bring agricultural training and purpose to people inside correctional facilities, giving them skills and hope for a better future.
Halfway House Support
Transitioning back into society is hard. We partner with halfway houses to provide meaningful work, structure, and community through farming.
Veterans Programs
We honor those who served by connecting veterans with the healing power of the land — growing food, building community, and finding purpose.
Youth Agriculture
Teaching the next generation where food comes from and how to grow it — building a sustainable future from the ground up.
"Every seed planted is a life changed."
