Cancellation Policy Disclaimer We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, due to the nature of our business and the effort involved in sourcing, preparing, and packaging fresh produce, the following cancellation policy applies:--Cancellation Deadline: Orders must be canceled no later than 24 hours after the cutoff time to qualify for a refund. Refund Amount: If a cancellation is made within this timeframe, you will receive a 75% refund of the order total. The remaining 25% will be retained as a restocking fee to cover preparation and administrative costs.Please note: Cancellations made after the 24-hour cutoff period are non-refundable, as your order will have already entered the final preparation and sourcing stage.Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.Additionally, by placing an order, you acknowledge that all items are subject to seasonal availability.
